After Hours
Shoals Pediatric Group is open Monday through Friday, 8:00-4:30, with lunch from 11:45AM-12:45PM. Of note, our phones do not turn on until 8:15AM.
If you have a medical concern outside of office hours, you may call our main number, and our answering service will either take a message, or connect you the on-call provider if it is before 9:00PM. We are also available by phone from 8:00AM- 9:00PM on Saturday and Sunday.
In the event of emergency, please do not wait for a phone call back. Take your child to the nearest emergency room and/ or call 911 immediately.
